Design, Install, and Maintenance Services
Design: Standalone design packages start at $450 for a smaller space up to $5000 for a comprehensive landscape and planting plan for a larger garden. All design costs include up to three revisions.
Design and installation packages: For smaller spaces (less than 20 square feet), design and installation packages start at $1500 for a project involving replanting only. Smaller projects involving new planters, larger shrubs, and/or hard landscaping cost up to $5000. Larger spaces involving a more comprehensive redesign or refurbishment start at $15,000.
We offer a reduced monthly maintenance rate for design and/or install clients.

Maintenance: Standalone maintenance rates are $75/hour (minimum cost $100). Removing excess debris will incur an additional cost, though we always try to compost as much as possible on site.
Services for Keen Home Gardeners

Maintenance schedules: For keener home gardeners who want tailored guidance on how to maintain their own space. We’ll visit your garden, take a close look at your plants, soil, light conditions etc, and write a detailed, month-to-month plan that includes timing and technical advice on pruning; mulching; sowing; dividing, transplanting or planting perennials; weeding, and any other crucial tasks.
Prices range from $200 for a balcony or smaller terrace up to $800 for a larger,
more densely planted space.
Consultations: We’ll visit your space and advise you on any aspect of your garden you want to figure out. This could be anything from planting recommendations or how to improve your soil to creating more privacy or layout ideas.
We offer one hour consultations (usually covering a whole garden) for $250. 30 minute sessions (for either a smaller garden or a limited area within a larger space) are $125. All prices include a transcription of our conversation as well as a written summary of our advice.
